  All is well - packaging very safe and secure- used recycled materials just like I do! It keeps shipping cost lower and is healthier for the environment. Item arrived in a very timely manner. I would have no worries ordering from t is eBay seller again. The item was a good value- I was happy to get for price I offered. The item was in great condition so no complaints - the photos showed the item I received and it was as described -

  They listed the unit as coming with all accessories. It came without a PROPRIETARY power cord, making it useless, even though it was a new open box unit and there's no reason why it shouldn't have been there. They offered me a partial refund. By now i should have known better but i accepted and they refunded me pocket change. A fraction of what i paid. The only good i can say is they shipped me something and did communicate. Good experiences end there. Watch your back with this seller.

  You were provided a full refund even though the listing did not state it included a power cord. The refund amount was not pocket change and left us with $5 of earnings on the order. Seller beware about this buyer. Clear scam and looking to make others look bad on eBay for no reason. Another buyer looking to make my store look bad. Do your research before you buy. We are not responsible for buyer negligence and this is a clear example of someone not reading the post entirely.

  Shipping took a little longer than expected (may have been the carrier's doing). Packaging was... creative. Admittedly, 5 packs of diapers aren't easy to ship. However, the way they were bagged and taped multiple times left them looking pretty ragged by the time they got to me. Doesn't really matter - the diapers were unharmed. Just took a little longer to get here (which, again, may not have been the seller's fault).
