    The tent arrived in good time. It was not as described -- it had been used (was dirty) rather than just being open box, and had a torn pole clip. I think the person who originally sold the tent to the "clearance store" probably misrepresented the condition. Regardless, the seller was prompt to offer options to fix the problem and readily covered the material costs so we could fix the tent ourselves. The overall value was good and I think I would feel comfortable doing business with them again.

    Good seller, item was shipped out promptly, good packaging. Item was as described, new in box with no visible signs of use. But look to be his quality and for the price it's a very good value.
