I received timely communication that there was an issue with their printer and the quality of the final print was not up to their standards which caused a one week delay. I received my print which was perfect as well as two copies of the “defective” print which had a very minor smudge on the border that would be covered by a frame anyway. Overall, it’s a cool product, they obviously care about quality, and they communicate.
