  The tablet was shipped/received on time, and exactly as advertised. Within 2 days we realized it wasn't charging well, and by the fifth day the battery was completely drained and the tablet wouldn't turn on and wouldn't charge. On contacting the seller, they were very responsive, suggested a few simple things to try (which didn't work), and then offered a full refund. I may have received a bad tablet, but the seller stood behind the product and made it right.
