Excellent communication, they did not leave me in the dark. A replacement arrived the following week, which is working as advertised. However, the only drawback is not on the seller, but it is on the LG TV model - The viewing angle is poor from the sides anywhere from 40 - 60 degrees and beyond. The picture is excellent when facing the TV directly though. Thank you - Recommended.
