I greatly apologize for any orders that were not received by a few buyers last year (3). I was diagnosed with stg 3 high risk CRC and had immediate surgery & 1 wk later started 1 yr of harsh chemo while still working 40hrs a wk. Then trying to recover. I did think that it was set to away but I didn't set it correctly. There were a couple of people that did not receive their items &I feel really bad to let them down. More than they know! But most people don't accept apologizes online, they think us sellers are all Amazon. Those that did not receive their items did get full refunds. Thanks to great nurses & holistic treatment I am finally showing no signs even after it was coming back. I am sorry.

To those that come to the store now I appreciate you giving me another chance. Just as the universe gave me a second chance. I hope you all do. Thank you

    Paid June 14 and a month later seller said they're sick and would ship soon. (They appologized and said the account should be on vacation mode). I am very understanding and said 'no problem, take care of yourself'. A few more weeks pass and the item is still not shipped, but account still NOT on vacation mode. Now seller is ignoring me, has not shipped the item and has ignored multiple nessages. Seller has my money and item, with no response. I will need to contact Ebay or do a charge back.
