Item looked exactly as pictured and described. But, despite it being carefully packaged and shipped, the item arrived damaged. The seller was extremely supportive with my hope to repair it rather than return it. When that failed, they quickly approved returning it to them. Now THAT's customer service!

My experience with this "WONDERFUL" seller has been AWESOME. The product I ordered arrived in a timely manner and was well packaged.
