    The seller,s own words: "These were new with tags and I customarily do not thoroughly inspect everything in hopes that since they are new with tags, there are no damages." Her resolve is for me to pay the shipping not only to me but now back to her. So that makes me spend about $15.00 with nothing in return? An "honest seller as she claims she is would realize I wouldn't be going through this at all if I'd have bought from another seller! I believe 9.9% of buyers trust a seller inspects items!

    Being totally honest I did state they were new with tags and do not inspect items thoroughly especially the back of pants. I suppose I trust the retailers items too much. I offered a FULL refund to return item. I also NEVER stated that the buyer had to pay for return shipping. Buyer was rude from the onset and very difficult to deal with. I've been selling for 21 years on Ebay and have always had good selling ethics, Now I find myself with 2 new items where I wasn't aware of defects.
