    Product shipped fast and as described. Fortunately I found the package that FedEx delivered and left near the road before thieves got to it. Please consider using another shipper beside FedEx who is the worst in my area. Have had thefts in the past when shipped by them which only cost you and other sellers more by replacing stolen items !!! Aside from that issue I am very satisfied with this seller and product …. Thank - You !!

This time some of the product arrived damaged (not sure if it was their fault or the shipping company), but they immediately made arrangements to replace it. Very responsive and great to work with!     Well drill bit came in warped...was sent in flexible sleeve and in a flex pack bag. Drill was 1/16" dia. x 12" long , this damage could have been avoided if the bit had been sent in a cardboard tube or in a cardboard box. However the supplier was fast to give me a refund. Boils down to just poor packaging.
