Ordered this panda glass which arrived packaged perfectly, but the glass looks nothing like the picture ,was expecting to see black and white panda's ,because that is what the picture portrays,very very dissapointed ,as this was for a special birthday contacted seller to be told to return,no offer of payment of postage ,picture very very misleading,as you can see from Mt picture and that of seller

I was sorry to hear that this customer was disappointed with the glass received, which is exactly as described and exactly as per the listing image as shown in her image and mine.
I suggested to the customer that she could return the item for a full refund but she said she wanted to keep it as it was for herself.
If customer had followed eBay return process as suggested a prepaid return post label would have been automatically supplied.

When I placed this order, I was made aware there was a long wait time on them, which was fine. Order was marked as shipped within the given scale but did not arrive. The sellers communication was very flakey, taking multiple messages to get a response often, only really getting attention upon requesting a refund. This was incredibly frustrating. Apparently there was an issue with Royal Mail. The order eventually arrived. The products were as described and exceptionally well packed.
