About us

Cross Creek Tractor was established in 1985 as a used tractor and equipment dealer. In 1987 we took advantage of an opportunity to buy a small tractor salvage yard and our tractor parts business was born. We rolled along in the used parts business for many years, but slowly moved into the new aftermarket tractor parts business. In 1999 we expanded by building a new office and showroom with warehouse space for new aftermarket parts and started growing our line of new parts. In 2006 we once again expanded by starting our own machine shop and shortly thereafter began moving some of the parts that were being made overseas back to America.

    Postal service lost the item as no tracking information was available after the label was created. Contacted the seller and he tried tracking from his end with no success. He offered to send out another thermostat by a different shipper or give me a refund. I requested a replacement be sent which he promptly did and it arrived in 2 days later. Item seams to be of excellent quality, is in new condition and was an excellent value. The appearance is good as expected.

    Ordered product and it was shipped same day, however it took the USPS 7 days to get this package to me and I live less than 200 miles from the shipping location! I know the shipper can not control this but sellers might have to look at other shipping options, they are out there and for the same if not better prices.
