  Perfect! Brand new, as described, solid deal. Seller shipped them immediately. I appreciate that the seller forewarned that they'd be shipped in their box with no exterior packaging, so it wasn't a surprise. Who needs a shoebox anyway? I'm taking these babies straight into the mud! I'll definitely check back for more great deals on Sorels!

  Shoes arrived in box, but with glue and water stains on the sides of shoes. I sent pictures to the seller. He said I could send them back. (Shoes arrived while dealing with/family emergency-unable to return.) Seller acknowledged that he had not looked at the particular pair he mailed to me. A quick visual on his part would have saved me money and problems. Disappointed. Seller visual inspection of item and selling item as described earn 5 star reviews. It is wrong to burden purchaser w/remedy.

  I clearly stated I would take the shoes back for full refund. Thought we had this resolved. Clearly had every intend to make this right but then you just opted for the damaging feedback where I would and still will rather make this right for you. Regards.

  Retracting: "seller acknowledged he had not looked at shoes." Seller DID allow me to return - I was unable to, due to family emergency. The shoes were not as pictured or described; they arrived with visible staining, as clearly seen in photos sent to seller. Either seller did not make a visual inspection or chose to send an item that clearly did not meet the description of new in box. Buyer should not be burdened w/remedy of misrepresented item or harassed for feedback.
