  I emailed the crafty art shop .about my order that was sent on the 14 February 2025 that it hadn't arrived because the royal mail had lost it. Without any fuss the seller sent them out again and I received them 2 days after they sent them. Overall I am very happy with how they delt with this matter 10/10 customer service. The items were well packaged and was made from good quality materials. I will definitely order from the crafty art shop again
