I have nothing but high marks for this seller. I am very happy with the product. I received an excellent price and prompt shipment by the seller. The only problem was with the shipper (UPS) in all fairness there was a major weather problem in my area. UPS was not very good about commutation with me about these delays. No fault of the seller, but the delivery driver intentionally slammed the desktop computer down quite hard on my front steps. It completely shattered the front bezel. The computer was still fully operational and at my request, this seller did not hesitate to send me a replacement front bezel at their own expense.
I am not happy with the delivery driver at all, but the seller went above and beyond of their responsibility.
