This is actually the second hat I ordered. First one I ordered a size too small. I left a very good. Detailed review on my previous one. GREAT packaging. Came very well protected GREAT hat. It’s very. Very hard to find a Kenny hat! Like I said on my previous review. They HAND WROTE a thank you message on my receipt. That’s very rare. Only con for me was communicating. I messaged them after buying the wrong size. Never heard back. Would buy from them again tho!

Hat came wrapped in paper and very well protected inside the box as well as they had Fragile written on the outside. They clearly take great pride in making sure the product gets delivered without being damaged! Another thing that stood out to me was a HAND WRITTEN thank you on my billing receipt! It’s the little things like that, that go a long way!! ONLY bad thing I have to say.I messaged them because I ordered the wrong size. Had a question for them. And never got a reply.
