  1) I cancelled my order with Ebay within 30 minutes of ordering it and 2) the item arrived and it was not anything like the picture on line, with no slots to place posters in 3) with the 30minutes of cancelling this item, I ordered directly from the seller and they told me not to return the wrong sign and that they would tell Ebay to refund me and 4) then I never received the sign form them and their customer service is not answering my emails or calls. i have now been charged 2x for the 1 sign.

  I ordered 3 exactly the same items from them and they only shipped me one. The customer service was very cooperative while speaking with them. They promised me I would receive my other two items within 2-3 days which I hope is true due that the o e item they did ship took about a week and half shipped UPS economy.

  Seller canceled and offered no Solution. The cages are still offered on their business website but they refused to offer them to me at the eBay price and refunded my money without comment. When contacted ask them to honor the sale I was directed to the website which makes the purchase $2,000 more.
