Generally sourced from large lots of New End of Life items (no longer available on the store's shelf), Returns, and Open Box/Shelf Pulls.
As a 3rd party seller, mfr warranties are not guaranteed.
And then there's the sports cards :-).

Returns:
Our return policies are stated for each listing, as not all items are available for returns. Generally new or open box items will have a 30 day money back guarantee. Salvage (or items for parts) generally are not available for returns/refunds and this will be clearly stated in the listing. Sports cards are generally not available for returns to due to price volatility that can occur (we follow general practice in the ebay sports card community).

    The item was listed as an open-box, new item and that's exactly what I received. All of the items were included in the original box and packaging with the exception of the user guide, which was simple enough to find on Best Buy's website and print out a copy. Definitely worth it to pay a third of what these cost new and even $20 less than Best Buy's open box items. They shipped out the following day and arrived quickly. Thanks so much for helping save money when things have gone up so much!
