  Item purchased did not match what was in the picture. Item came looking used and missing pieces and was a much smaller and cheaper version than I thought I was getting. Communication with them to try to make it right was frustrating and resulted in them requesting me to return it at my expense and then they would refund the cost of return shipping to me later. It has taken a week of back and forth to get a frustrating response. I was excited to receive this game and now am just frustrated.
