I was concerned at first that I hadn't received any shipping/tracking information, but after checking with the seller, he explained that it takes 5 business day to ship because the canes are made on demand. It arrived a day earlier than expected, very well padded in a tube mailer. Upon opening it, I discovered a truly beautiful, well-built cane that looks just like the picture you see online. I am very excited to gift it to the movie buff I know.

My interaction with the seller was great, but the shipping experience wasn’t all that pleasant, the box arrived dented and as I feared, the walking stick is cracked completely through at the connector, I think I can clamp it and fix it, but this is a birthday present for my wife, my only real question is if it comes in two pieces, why did you ship it put together and not in separate pieces in the box? I think there would have been less chance of it cracking…

I ordered this item on November 18. On November 27, I got a tracking number, but UPS had not received item. On December 1, I reached out to the seller for clarification. On December 3, the seller responded with, 'I'll drop it off tonight.' By December 5, I called UPS again, and they confirmed they still didn’t have the package. When I brought this to the seller's attention, they abruptly canceled my order. This experience has been frustrating and unprofessional.

We notified the customer when it was dropped off, which it was, then the customer sent a message saying it was a scam. I told the customer we would refund their order, which we did because they opened a refund a request. But regardless, we apologized for the delay and issued a requested refund.
