  Seller sent the item by courier after I specifically asked for Australia Post only. I live on a rural property with animals, long driveway and gate and the courier came all the way to the house, left the package, and then when he left he did not close the gate and my animals got out. Seller offered a small refund to try and compensate for the time we spent getting the animals back on to the property. Think twice about using this seller if you are a rural customer.

  The padlock is as described and good value for money. It has an unusual key mechanism but did not come with instructions, which was confusing. I contacted the seller and they replied with an image that made it clear how to unlock the padlock. I suggested that they send the image to everyone who purchases it or at least include it in the item description photos. I'm now pleased with the lock, which looks really good on my vintage Chinese storage box.

  Even though I found the ad very misleading, and nothing like what I thought it was, the seller was gracious about giving me a refund and making it right, including updating their ad to plainly state it was a set of veneers. They have been very gracious over the whole issue, and I would give them two thumbs up for their efforts, I will definitely buy from them again, should the occasion arise.   I have contacted seller to return this item, and they were great to deal with and have given me a full refund. They gladly refunded my money, and were awesome to deal with.about this. I will definitely recommend them, and would deal with them in the future if the occasion arises. Please do not let the negative comment about the particular item sway you on the seller. As I stated in there, it's not the seller's fault. So, please consider this positive followup instead of the initial negative
