  I received the hitch as soon as FedEx could get it to me and it appeared as stated by the seller. However, the installation hardware was no longer inside of the receiver tube. I contacted the seller and he found a source for the installation hardware and refunded me the difference. I would buy from this seller again.

  Received package ahead of original delivery date range. Although the packaing was damaged, small tears crushed corner, since the contents were non perishable and not fragile that did not cause a problem as there was no sign of water damage to package either.
