    One of the worst experiences with purchasing from EBay. Placed order on January 5th and was immediately charged. After not seeing an update on shipping, I try to contact seller. I received no response. I tried to contact seller several more times and still received no response. I had to contact customer service to file a claim. Finally received a refund on January 24th thanks only to customer service. I would not advise to purchase from this seller.

    Purchased this item Dec 19th…. Reached out to seller 3 times and still have not heard back. Item has still not been shipped. Normally I’d give a seller grace if they take awhile to ship, but to not even answer my messages after 2 weeks?? Unacceptable. DO NOT do business with this seller. Very unprofessional.
