The Panasonic KX TGA670B wireless phone handset was exactly what I ordered and expected. WHAT I DID NOT EXPECT was the extremely professional packaging (4 layers of individual protective waterproof packaging, the box and instructions explaining how to decouple old handset and coupling the new handset replacement). The packing invoice contained seller contact information and address as well as a personal note inviting me to reach out to them if for any reason, I had questions. GREAT SERVICE!
