  Only put positive because it wouldn't make me pick the neutral decision. But I would've chosen neutral at the end of the day and here is why; The packaging was not as good, but the shipping was fine. The dolls came in dirty and I had to clean them. One of the dolls isn't as described in the photos and it disappointed me slightly, her bows are all yellow in the photo but when she came they are way different. But they're beautiful.
