  The shipping for us was via a freight carrier and arrived as promised and in excellent condition. The confusing aspect was that 2 items shipped at the time of purchase. One via USPS and a second via frieght carrier. This made us think the printer would arrive within days. To avoid confusion the USPS item did not need a tracking number (it was a thank you coupon for future purchases). Overall, very happy with the purchase and seller. We would buy from them again.

  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!! Shortly after I purchased the item, the seller marked the item as shipped and did not provide tracking information. 4 days after the latest delivery date had passed I contacted the seller and was told the item had not shipped and that they would "expediting" the process. 2 days after their last message and still no printer!!

  This feedback is misleading and does not reflect the facts. The item was prepared and marked as shipped while awaiting carrier pickup, which caused a delay beyond our control. We immediately expedited the process and communicated clearly with the buyer. Our commitment to professionalism and prompt resolutions remains unwavering.
