    I originally purchased a C2500 and on the sellers own accord, as he wasn't happy with his final checkout of the C2500 printer/copier, contacted me with the offer of a FREE upgrade to the C3000. A printer he had listed for almost 1K more. If that doesn't show customer satisfaction, i don't know what does. It arrived from California to Michigan without a scratch and is up and running great!     Great Transaction. Shipping expectation was a off by a bit, but other than that the transaction was good. we had an issue with one of the developers, and I had some trouble contacting them (may have been ebay's messaging system), but once I got in contact with them, they resolved the problem quickly and sent me another drum at no cost, and now the printer works perfectly, so all in all, great transaction!!

    Great communicator and very professional. The equipment was just as advertised and works great! Though not the vendors fault, he worked hard to get it shipped. Shortage of trucking/delivery options due to COVID had a huge impact on the delivery time.
