    Very pleased to have been offered a private offer from the Seller. Accepted the 15% discount offer and received the printer in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, could not get a page to print and the toner cartridge was stuck in the printer. Notified Seller and received some assistance,, but to no avail. Seller had a 30-day warranty of which I took advantage and requested to return the printer for a refund. Refund was processed in a very timely manner.
