  Learn now that Tesla have never released a cell phone to the public. Therefore, this is not what it is advertised as. This should not be allowed on EBAY to be sold as a TESLA product.

  The Brand is Tesla from Europe (a registered brand), and has been in business since way before Tesla Motors (different company). Also, on the description states clearly: Manufacturer Name: Tesla/Comtrade Distribution (Not a TESLA Motor) This company produce high-end appliances and has an excellent reputation.
