While the product was just as described, it was slightly damaged in transit (small crack at the top corner). This is just cosmetic and does not affect the product's usage. It would be better if the package had some protective packaging added.

This tool was at a very good price and it appears to be factory sealed / brand new. Sellers description was very good. My only complaint would be the packaging was terrible at best. I was afraid the tool was destroyed looking at the box. Thankfully DeWalt packs these in a foam filled case which somehow survived the bad boxing. Wouldn't hurt to use some paper, bubble wrap, foam or anything besides open air space.
