Hi i sent a Email about the condition of the item i received and you never replied . i asked you to pack it a certain way and you replied we pack it good and it was packed good but the box was to big and cardboard tubes were used to take up space they were set on top of the wood box one was shorter than the box and with all the weight of the pins placed on this tube cracked the top of the wood box . i had to glue it . if the box was cut shorter and suft with paper it would of made it threw
