    This seller is using a bait & switch routine to sell. He lists an item with a photo of a part that looks like new and then lets you know that he can't find that part but has one that looks like it has been through a war. That is not honest. He says it is a mistake, but I suspect this is his normal sales process. Watch out for him. Also, he charged $60 for an aluminum part to be shipped within the US. I use UPS everyday and that seems quite expensive.

    I was more than fair with this buyer. When the exact part pictured was no longer available, I offered a full refund or a part that was nearly identical. This buyer then started some crazy rant about bait and switch. Sellers beware!

    I’m leaving a positive but could have been worse. The radiator shown in the pic looked very nice. It was packaged fine and arrived quick with the box undamaged. With that said, whom ever boxed it up didn’t seem to care and it took me an hour with a small screwdriver and a fin tool to straighten out the sections of bent fins that weren’t there in the pictured side and an extra half hour on the side not pictured. I’m crossing my fingers it didn’t damage a core rows.
