I am giving a positive review because the seller responded fast to my complaint about the condition the PC power supply arrived in (surface dents and damaged, it was very poorly packaged in an envelope with one layer of thin bubble wrap). I was sent a second unit that arrived ok despite the only difference being a second thin layer of bubble wrap and still sent in an envelope!! Maybe the first unit had the damage before shipping. I am just glad the seller helped fix the issue, thank you
