Started return request right away, took several days to get return label still with no actual communication. Item shipped back, signed for by seller, no refund. Opened a case with Ebay to get my refund. Can't speak to their products but the total lack of customer service is how they earned negative feedback

    Computer arrived quickly but was not the model I had purchased. I sent the seller a message4 days ago, and still have not received a response. Pretty disappointing that not only did they ship the incorrect PC, but wont take the time to answer me or resolve the situation. My photo shows the 9010 PC I received vs the 7010 I ordered.
