  Updated - once the seller finally realized that my order had not been prepared and shipped, action to resolve the issue was swift, with communication reflecting a very sincere effort to make sure that the shipment did indeed arrive. The seller offered to even refund me my payment. I do not want a refund - I received a product and believe in paying for it. I believe this oversight to have been a rare occurence on the part of the seller. How the seller reacted reveals great customer service.
