    I received only the tie rod boots in the package. Although the package had a strap the way it was placed was useless as the flap was basically open when I received the item. To make matters worse I went back and fourth with the seller explaining the concern and had literal PROOF from Fex Ex where of where the items much have fallen, a 23 pound item that on my ring I had a video of the fed ex person holding it with just a few fingers. The seller did not care to help me, horrible customer service!
