I was unsure what to expect as the price seemed to good to be true however it is a genuine item , fantastic quality and looks exactly as pictured and is as described giving at least a 70% saving. When the item arrived it had some damage on it and the box. I contacted the seller who was very lovely and sent a replacement as requested ASAP . This Seller is excellent. The quality is high. But problems with delivery had to be dealt with and he was present throughout the process, sending on missing parts and communicating with us regularly. We had previously had a bad buying experience and feared the same would occur but we had his full attention until our toilets (2 of them) were fully functioning.
