They processed a return request after I provided photos of the product & what the listing was showing, these were vastly different fabrics & stitching quality. The seller issued a return & refunded as soon as they confirmed the packed was posted back. The communication & assistance of the seller was excellent. Although it was inconvenient, I am happy with their response.
