    I didn't feel the doll head I received resembled the photos at all, even allowing for slight make-up differences (plus, he had elf ears), so I was not satisfied with the item. That said, the seller was very understanding and provided a full refund upon my returning the doll. I'd recommend providing more product photos so the buyer knows what they're getting. Excellent customer service and communications, though.

    This doll is very very cute. I wanted to order her but the delivery date would not have been on time for when I needed her. The seller, Chris, told me not to worry he would send it earlier and he did. I very much appreciated that. I was looking at a lot of dolls and she seemed to be the cutest and I was right.
