    Item was listed as new. It was not new it had been opened I could tell because the plastic bag the item was supposed be in was just stuffed back in the box. The item was packaged well for shipping but when I unboxed it there were pieces of plastic rattling around inside the unit. I contacted the seller multiple times with no resolution followed thru on. Seller does not offer returns so I would avoid purchasing from in the future.

    Somehow the item was lost in the mail and this seller stayed in constant contact, nobody knows where the purchase ended up but the seller took it upon himself to do a complete refund for the item and his money he forked out for shipping.
