Awful seller who are sending broken items…Uploaded photos arent match with real items and no info about that in describtion…Item has a several heavy scratchs…All description is deception…How you can see in photo uploaded by me, the item is broken but the seller doesnt describe it anywhere

The item had several scratches on the palm rest that did not affect the function of the unit. The buyer messaged me 10 times; I responded he could return the unit for a refund. He sent an 11th message asking that I give him an $80 refund (53%) on a unit that sold for $150 “so he could try to fix the scratches”. I told him that he could get a refund if he returned the unit. These units are 7 years old. Reported him to eBay, so he left the worst feedback he could think of. SEE MY OTHER FEEDBACK.
