  Internally the boxes were damaged which could not have happened in transit as they were within a solid box. Item is not licensed to be sold in Europe. This was not mentioned and I had to pay an additional 100€ for medical examination by sanidad for their release. I asked for certificate for them to be sold by the buyer, he didn’t reply. Customer service from the start was abrupt and poor. One the same day as purchase I enquired if it could be easier to ship elsewhere and was told I couldn’t

  Ordering the product & quality/condition of product, no issues. But it took more than a month to receive. Disappointed at the additional $35.00 Cdn charge for "US Customs Charges" IN ADDITION to all the shipping/delivery charges already paid for. Now we have to fight with US Customs to try to get a refund - making what should have been a simple & straightforward order an unpleasant experience.
