Item was what I expected. Service by the seller was excellent; item was despatched quickly and well packaged. It was processed speedily in Germany but there was a delay of some 5 days in the UK when nothing happened, whilst Parcel Force sent me a letter by second-class post requesting an additional charge to cover UK VAT. Once this was paid on line, the parcel was delivered the following day and was therefore only two days late.
