  I never received the package that I purchased from this scumbag! eBay won’t step in and do anything about it. I’ve contacted the seller multiple times about this and he ignores me. I have proof from the post office that the package scanned as fraud the entire time so they won’t deliver the package. This seller is a fraud!

  The Rachio sprinkler control box works as expected. Seller was excellent. The unit did come with a defective power supply. I ended up finding a solution with the manufacturer, but the seller did offer a solution so there was good post-purchase support from seller which was nice.
