  Item was and STILL is listed as "new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging Packaging should be the same as what is found in a retail store" I had a ? about the item after purchase and was told it had been opened unboxed unwrapped and powered on, which is not what I bought I requested to cancel order Seller refused to cancel, marked it as shipped but never did Ignored repeated messages for refund and forced me to seek remediation thru Paypal for a refund.

  item was shipped way before Buy made ridiculous request through ebay message. We need to get the item back before we can issue any refund.
