    Product was NOT factory sealed as advertised, seller admitted to listing error (originally had 2 cartridges, one in a factory sealed box and the one I received in a retaped box, but used the same language for both listings). Seller did make things right including offering a return, so all good, I would deal with this seller again. Thank you.

    BUYER BEWARE OF SELLER! Item shipped quickly and packed well. Speakers were not tested fully before arriving and required costly repair immediately. Listing photos were taken in such a manner as to hide cosmetic damage. Seller's communication prior to sale was quick and consistent. After purchase, and issues were identified, seller responded once in a nearly 4 week period to about 6 messages letting them know about the issue and trying to get it resolved. I am still waiting for a resolution.
