Also when we got the package and put the dirt bike together, we noticed some of the stickers were damaged. I emailed the seller on Christmas, thinking oh they will contact me tomorrow. Nope, they answered that night within days I had new stickers shipped. I was told it could take a month, but it only took a week. The response from seller was fast and easy. My son absolutely loves the dirt bike.

No response from them. Waited a few days for response and nothing so I reached out again and still no response. I requested refund since product still wasn’t shipped after 2 weeks. Vendor declined my refund request so I had to get eBay involved to get my money back. Took me 3 weeks to get my money back. Horrible experience with them. Wouldn’t recommend.
