When the card arrived it looks as if it had gotten damaged in the mail. Both card, toploader and envelope had quite a prominent bend. I reached out to the seller who straight away resolved the matter by issuing me a refund. Too bad about the card, but as far as I am concerned the seller did great. I am very happy with how the whole thing got resolved and would not hesitate to purchase again.

The product is great, I use this fanny pack every day. I only rate it neutral because there was damage to the bag, with a few loose stitches. The damage doesn't affect anything or how often I'll wear it, but it was advertised as "No damage".
