Product is great! Very happy with it. Unfortunate the package was delivered to my neighbor’s house. USPS doesn’t usually get this wrong but super frustrating that they did. UPS and Fed Ex get it wrong all the time. I wouldn’t rate the cost poorly if they had actually delivered to my house.

Hi there, I'm sorry USPS made a mistake with delivery. Unfortuantly once it leaves my hands, I have no control over the delivery. Have you tried reaching out to your local postal office to see if they have any suggestions on what can prevent this mistake from happening again in the future? My mailbox is connected to my neighbors as well and we all had to put cards inside our mailboxes with our names on them to ensure the correct delivery. Anything little might help! Hope things get fixed!
