The product matched the description exactly. It arrived in the original Lenovo box, was packaged very well, and undamaged. Even though it's certified refurbished, youd never know that. This thing looks brand new, and performs incredibly well. Great communication from the seller, and the seller shipped the item the very next morning. A+++!

    The laptop was received and in new condition with one exception; one of the ports was not working. I contacted the seller and they immediately initiated a return and apologized.
