Received £15 partial refund, had option of returning but too much hassle - they did offer this though, to be clear. Think they need to review their phone grading services or take better care when grading as this was not hard to miss. Otherwise fine and good customer service, quick delivery and well packaged item to be fair to them!! Would still recommend.

It's in very good condition , only tiny crack doesn't really notice at rear & marks from age . I will most definitely buy again from this seller & my eldest son is also planning on purchasing phone from this seller. Delivery being next day is perfect & phone was nicely wrapped. Can't thank this seller enough & highly recommend.

Would have been better for the seller to factory reset the machine before sending. Emailed the company, and they didn't offer to help, just offered to refund, which wasn't helpful. Arrived on time, and was good value. Only a minor problem so still gave five stars.
